Sad! Hundreds Of UoN Students Injured In Assumed Al-Shabaab Attack
Hundreds of students taking bachelor of arts in education at UoN’s Kikuyu Campus are said to be nursing serious injuries after a 4am explosion which was thought to be an attack by Al-Shabaab militants. The explosion which was from a power transformer caused confusion among students thus making some of them to jump from as high as 6th floor of their hostels.
With the country still mourning the death of over 148 students who were killed in the Garissa University College attack, most students are living in fear as schools are now be coming soft Al-Shabaab targets. Those injured in the stamped caused by the explosion are nursing injuries at Kenyatta National Hospital, St Teresa Hospital and Karen Hospital.
