UNITY OF PURPOSE: Kameme Fm Fans Contribute 2.8m Shillings In 40 Mins
In what seems to be the unity of purpose, Kameme FM fans contributed over 2.8M shillings in just 40 mins today which will help a form 3 student at Kiambu High School to undergo surgery in India. Francis Charles Kimani who will benefit from the money is said to be having a brain tumor something that has not only affected his health but also his studies. Being from a poor family, the boy could not afford the surgery but thanks to Kameme’s fans, he now has a reason to mile.
Announcing the contribution on his Facebook page, Njogu Njoroge, a presenter at Kameme could not hide his Joy and thanks to God for the overwhelming support. It should be remembered that this is not the first time Njogu is mobilizing his fans towards such worthwhile contributions as last year he did the same in aid of a renown gospel singer Ciru wa GP. Kenya Digest thanks Njogu for his efforts and ability to help needy people in the society.
